ABCLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. IDENTITY OF SONAK

  1. "SONAK" or "we" refers to SONAK ASIA PTE. LTD., a company incorporated and registered in Singapore. We have our branch office address here in the Philippines at the 30th to 31st Floor, Parkway Corporate Center, Corporate Ave. corner Parkway Place, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City 1781.
  2. Under the terms of the Master Service Agreement that we entered into with ABC-Mart Sonak Philippines Inc. (“ASP”), we are vested with the authority to offer and sell ASP Products (“Products”) via digital and e-commerce platforms.

2. ABCLUB MEMBERSHIP

  1. ABClub is a loyalty program offered by SONAK to its customers who purchase Products in-store and to the herein Website (“Customers”) to reward and recognize their invaluable support and patronage. By registering for membership in ABClub, the Customer agrees to the following terms.
  2. ABClub Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered Member.
  3. SONAK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the ABClub Program at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes made.

3. CONSENT TO PROCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION

By enrolling in ABClub, the Customer consents to SONAK’s collection and processing of Personal Information. These information will be used for the purpose of maintaining ABClub records and administering benefits. Additionally, Customers also consent to the processing of their Personal Information in accordance with the purposes enumerated in SONAK’s Privacy Policy.

4. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

  1. ABClub Members are entitled to exclusive benefits based on their total annual spend on Products. These benefits are tiered and outlined in the table below:

  2. ABClub Members may also earn Cashback Rewards, subject to the following conditions:
    1. Maximum Cashback Limit: Members may earn up to Fifteen Thousand Pesos (₱15,000) in Cashback per calendar year (January 1 to December 31).
    2. On the redemption terms, Customer understands that cashback is a non-cash reward and may only be redeemed as a discount at participating SONAK outlets. It is non-convertible to cash and non-refundable.
    3. Cashback must be used within 6 months from the date of the Customer’s last qualifying purchase. Unused Cashback will automatically expire after this period.
    4. Each sale transaction is subject to a 21-day holding period from the purchase date before it appears in the system and becomes eligible to be utilized for cashback redemption.

5. RETURN AND REFUND

All purchases made wherein ABClub membership benefits are applied shall be subject to SONAK’s standard Return and Refund Policy, as stated in Section 11 of its General Terms and Conditions (For Purchase of Products).

6. COMPLAINTS AND OTHER CONCERNS

Customer complaints and other concerns may be coursed through support@abc-mart.com.ph from 09:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

7. SUPPLETORY APPLICATION

In matters not expressly governed by the foregoing provisions, SONAK’s General Terms and Conditions (For Purchase of Products), Cookies Policy, Disclaimer (For use of Website), Privacy Policy, and any other officially issued memoranda addressing specific concerns shall apply suppletorily.
