Returns Policy

Important: An unboxing video is required for all return requests.

The video must start from the moment the parcel is opened and clearly show the packaging, tags, and condition of the item.

Without an unboxing video, we will be unable to process your return.

When You Can Return an Item

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items provided they are in original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for socks and innerwear products.

All purchases from ABC-MART PH are eligible for return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, as long as:

  • Tags are still attached
  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • An unboxing video is provided as proof

How to Return Your Products

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@abc-mart.com.ph. You will need to provide your order number and the unboxing video as supporting evidence.

Purchases Made Outside the Philippines

We can only accept returns for products purchased in the Philippines. If your purchase was made in another country, please process your return through the store or website where the item was originally purchased.

Exchanges

Online purchases: Direct exchanges are not available. If you would like to change an item (e.g., size or color), please contact support@abc-mart.com.ph. Our team will guide you on returning your original order and assist with placing the replacement item, subject to stock availability.

Depending on your delivery option, you may:

  • Return your item via postal return
  • Return it in-store (if you collected your order from a store)

In-store purchases: Exchanges may be allowed, subject to stock availability at the store where the purchase was made.

Products Not Purchased from ABC-MART Philippines Online Store

If you’ve purchased a product from another retailer (online, physical store, or marketplace), please return it directly to the store where you made your purchase.

If You Received Defective or Wrong Products

A product is considered defective if it:

  • Is unfit for its intended purpose due to manufacturing or design flaws
  • Was damaged before purchase
  • Does not match product descriptions or labeling

Products that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for refund, replacement, or repair.

Guest Checkout

If you placed your order using guest checkout, please reach out to support@abc-mart.com.ph for support.

Notes

Under the terms of the Master Service Agreement that SONAK entered into with ABC Mart Sonak Philippines Inc. ("ASP"), SONAK is vested with the authority to offer and sell ASP Products via digital and e-commerce platforms.

SONAK reserves the right to update or adjust this policy at any time.
