Shipping Information

Important: Please ensure to record an unboxing video when you receive your order.

The video must begin from the moment you open the parcel and clearly show the packaging and items inside.

This video will serve as proof in case of missing, wrong, or damaged items.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 09:00 am - 18:00 pm.
Deliveries are available throughout the Philippines only.

ABClub members enjoy free shipping on all orders.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Sunday, 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that in certain Central Business District (CBD) areas, weekend delivery may not always be available.

Delivery fees are non-refundable for returns and exchanges, with the exception of manufacturing defects upon delivery.

Please expect slight delays in shipment during sales and promotional periods.

Courier Information

Our goal is to deliver within the above-mentioned times. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local public holidays.

All deliveries are made through J&T, and you can track the status of your delivery through their website (Track Shipment) with the shipment tracking number that can be found in your shipment confirmation email or account’s order history. For further information, contact our Customer Service.

In exceptional circumstances, please note that you may receive your order in multiple shipments and on different dates.

Damaged or Tampered Packaging

If your package shows signs of being severely damaged or tampered with (e.g., torn, holes, resealed), please reject the shipment and notify our Customer Service team immediately.
